USAGE: pcc inimg outfile [-I] [-L]

pcc produces Primitives Chain Code (PCC)
from input line image and writes this output
to a file containing PCC code.
NOTE: input image should be a line image

ARGUMENTS:
    inimg: input image filename (TIF)
  outfile: output file containing PCC (BINARY)

OPTIONS:
       -I: invert input image before processing
       -L: print Software License for this module

Example:

pcc magstrpTH.tif magstrpTH.pcc
